"Photos Were Close Enough, I Guess"
The shoes are fine, but they definitely looked a little different in the photos. Not a huge deal, just would’ve been nice if the pictures matched what actually showed up...

The shoes were pretty much what the listing said. The colour was right, the size matched, and even the shape looked like the photos. I did notice a few extra scuffs and little marks around the edges that I don’t remember being mentioned, especially near the toe area. Nothing major, and they’re still totally wearable, but I’m the kind of person who notices those tiny things. Overall not a bad buy, I just think the condition description could’ve been a bit more specific.

"Glad I Sized Up"
I ordered from offcutsshoes.co after a friend mentioned them to me, and I’m happy with the pair I got. I’m usually stuck between sizes, so I went up half a size and I’m really glad I did. They felt a tiny bit snug at first, but after wearing them around the house for a while, they settled in nicely and fit well now.

The shoes didn’t fit, so I had to send them back. The return instructions were available, but they weren’t as clear as I hoped, and I ended up spending more time than expected figuring out the steps.

The refund did come through eventually, but it was slower than I thought it would be. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the delay and confusion did make me trust the process a little less.

I found the site okay to use overall, but browsing around offcutsshoes.co.uk felt a little clunky at times 😅 The menus did work, but I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to find certain shoe types and sizes.

The search was decent enough, but I think the filters could be a bit clearer. It’s definitely not a bad website, just not the smoothest experience if you’re trying to shop quickly. 3 stars from me.

"Tracking was kind of confusing"
The shoes did show up in the end and they were totally fine, so no issue there. It was just the tracking that was a bit... yeah. It didn’t update for a few days, so I couldn’t really tell if the parcel had moved or was just sitting somewhere. I didn’t end up contacting customer service or anything, just waited it out. Not a terrible experience, but the tracking could definitely be clearer...

"Good brands, but the selection could be better"
I’ll give credit where it’s due, Offcuts Shoes does have some decent brands and I did manage to find a pair I liked. That said, the selection felt a bit inconsistent when I was browsing. A few of the sizes and styles I’d normally go for weren’t available, especially in my usual brands. It’s definitely not a bad place to shop, and I’d probably check again, but I do think it would be fair to say they could offer a bit more choice.

"Pretty good shoes for the price"
I ordered from offcutsshoes.co.uk and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. But the shoes arrived looking basically brand new, and they were a lot cheaper than I’d seen elsewhere. Really good value overall, and yeah, I’d probably buy from them again.

I was really glad the search and filters made it easy to narrow things down by my size and preferred brand. It saved me a lot of time instead of scrolling through tons of options. A couple of the filters took a moment to update, but it wasn’t a big deal. Checkout went smoothly too. Giving 4 stars because the mobile site could be a little smoother, but overall I’m happy with the experience

"Is it fair to expect the box to arrive in one piece?"
The shoes themselves were fine, but the box showed up crushed and ripped. I get that packaging can take a hit during shipping, but isn’t it reasonable to expect it to arrive at least somewhat intact? Especially when the whole point is for it to be delivered safely.

I was actually surprised by how many different styles they had?? It wasn’t just the same boring pairs you see everywhere. I found a couple of options I liked quickly, though some of the sizes were missing, which was kind of annoying. Still, overall it’s a good place to browse for shoes
