Easy order process, fast delivery, exceptional value for money

Offcuts delivery due 27/04/2023, via Yodel, waited all day, nothing received. Tried to contact Yodel customer service, near impossible. Last tracking shows parcel to be at Yodel depot. Finally get Yodel CS agent next day via live web chat, wish i hadn't bothered complete utter waste of time, got advised to contact Offcuts.

Emailed Offcuts CS, expressing my frustration & dissatisfaction, requested their assistance in locating my parcel.

Received very poorly written and unprofessional email response from CS department, showing no appreciation for all the inconvenience caused, no apology, no effort to look for parcel at depot just acknowledged my email and advised that refund will be issued in few days.

Very poor service all round by Offcuts and Yodel.

** 03 May ** Where's my refund for above mentioned parcel??

** 08 May ** At no point have you provided me with any confirmation or evidence that a refund has been issued, there is absolutely no evidence of this refund being paid with either with Santander or PayPal, therefore i request that you provide me with some form of confirmation and evidence.

In fact let me confirm that i received an email from Robert at Offcuts, dated 04th May, advising me that Yodel had now found my parcel and asked if i still wanted the refund processed or have my parcel re-shipped, i requested for the parcel to be re-shipped. For your reference as 08th May, i still have not received the parcel. Also for further reference i received an email from Megan at Offcuts, dated 28th April, advising me that Yodel had confirmed 27/28th April that my parcel had been lost therefore a refund would be processed and that i would receive confirmation on Monday 01st May, to date i have not received any confirmation.

So where do you get this notion that a refund was processed on 24th April, show me some form confirmation or evidence.

Really quick delivery and shoes were perfect.

I heard about offcuts from a friend when I admired her DM’s. I found myself a pair of Jetta Quads that were graded as near perfect. When they arrived I couldn’t find any faults, they were in perfect condition. The service was good, they arrived in good time and original packaging. I will definitely use the store again.
